Atty. Emmanuel “Mickey” Ortega provides strategic guidance in corporate transactions, international legal practice, and education law. Atty. Mickey earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) and later obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, receiving an academic excellence distinction. He is licensed to practice law in the Philippines and California, having passed the bar examinations in 2019 and 2021, respectively.
